Daddy n Mummy to UK!!! 25.3.09

Yayyyy!!! Nasi lemak and Bak kut teh coming!!!! kakaka... Finally, I get to eat the food I've been craving for lately! Imagine a group of 8 people (all above 50yrs old!!!) coming to UK! Haha. Enid, Amanda, Leong and myself rented 1 car and 1 van to Stansted Airport, London to pick up the entourage.
It was fun driving a big big van (9seater). First time in our lives, we drove such a huge car!!! Amanda and myself took turns to drive it and sang our hearts out to CDs all the way there. (Just to keep ourselves awake!) Still had time to pose for the camera as well. Hahahaha
We arrived at Stansted quarter to 4 and waited excitedly for them at the arrival gate. Tick, tock, tick tock... Where are they??? No where to be seen. Haiyo! Aunties walk too slow laaaaa...
Hahaha! We were all quite tired already and nearly fell asleep waiting for them. Luckily there were occassional jokes when we commented on people coming out of the gate. Kekeke.

After about almost 1hr wait, we finally see them. We kept quiet when we saw my mom. Wanted to test them if they can see us. My mom actually looked right at me and walked away! My goodness! My own mom can't recognise me!!! Alamak! Luckily my dad still can recognise me. Phew!My mummy (the one in red)Kok Papa is here!!!

It was a happy moment for me because I finally make up to my words to bring them to UK. My parents were overjoyed to see me because they have not seen me for a year!!!
I've planned a few places for them to go. Hope they will enjoy it!!!

Welcome to UK, Mummy n Daddy!!!

The MOST TIRING DAY of my life

10.3.09... nothing eventful except for the football match between Real Madrid and Liverpool at Anfield. But you could never imagine the throngs of people (especially Spaniards!) who walked into the restaurant to have a meal before the games start. My shift on this horrendous day started at 10am. I was suppose to go home at 3pm for a 3hours break. But I didn't manage to go home because the girls who took over my shift are considered new girls and there are only 2 of them to serve about 40 customers!!!

Dawn asked to me stay and I agreed. We were all working like mad. Taking food orders, drinks orders, run to the bar to prepare the drinks and make sure the food are ready in the kitchen before sending them out. My goodness!

I've never been so tired working in Sapporo before. By the end of the night, I couldn't feel my legs anymore and i basically had to drag my feet home. After a good shower and a cup of hot Milo, I felt so much better.

What a day!!!

Stay??? GO????

This is the question that keeps playing in my mind for the past 2 months. Time flies. With a blink of an eye, I've been in the UK for 10 months already. I'm gonna leave Sapporo in April and go traveling after that. My problem now is, I wanna stay here longer because my visa only expires in March 2010 but I need another job if I want to stay. Job is hard to come by now. If I can't find a job, I can't sustain myself and I'll need to go home.
Hmmm... Not a bad idea to go back. Missed home as well but I just feel I still want to see more, explore more.
Been pondering day and night, what shall I do? Shall I stay? Will I be able to find another job? Will I be able to sustain myself??? Getting the headaches just thinking bout this question. From the looks of it, its very likely I'll be going back to Malaysia by July latest.

Haizzz.... Stay???? Go????
