BBQ at Wirral Park 14.5.08

Wanna join us for BBQ lunch? Enid asked me last week and I went, Huh?? Lunch?? Are you nuts? So hot! Well, that's the first reaction I gave her because in Malaysia, who in the world have BBQ for lunch? Haha. Anyway, I agreed to go along. This BBQ thingy is just to have fun together with Sapporo colleagues.

So we set off at 12.30pm though the agreed meeting time was 11am! Malaysian time. Kaka. Anyway, we head to Chester for Wirral Park. But we got lost for almost an hour or so. When we finally found the place, all of us were starving already because some didn't have their breakfast. Luckily I had a cup of oat n wholemeal bread before I left. Kaka..
But thanks to our chef, Somchai, we managed to fill our stomach with yummy fried rice. Yum Yum.

The park is a beautiful place. Serene and cooling though
the sun was shining bright n hot!
It has a cliff that overlooks the beach. There are greens and greens everywhere. Amanda and I managed to pose abit for the camera. Hehe. Well, we don't get to do this in Malaysia , do we.

Posing! Posing! Such a poser eh.

Amanda and Me

Then came along Baby Rhihanon and Baby Ashante. They are really, really cute. May Yan invited the parents to join our party while we, the aunties, were busy playing nannies. They are really adorable and not forgetting energetic too. Guess, I am getting older d.Kaka... Posing with Baby Rhihanon & Baby Ashante

So after filling my stomach with chicken, sausages, fried rice, and more chicken, playing nanny was good exercise cos Baby Rhihanon is full of energy. She never got tired of walking and dancing. Soooo cute.
Taking Baby Rhihanon for a walk

After almost 6hours spent at the park, its time to go home. All of us are tired n sun burnt. So we started packing and head home.

Really had a fun day out in the sun. My first ever BBQ lunch in the open. Posing ler. Haha
